This is the first floor from entrance; Metro Mall has many facilities for customers, including Free Wifi, Toilet, Sitting Areas, Battery Charging Points and Security Staff to make customers feel comfortable when entering to Metro Mall.

• Ticket Office This room located behind the Ticket Vending Machine, it has Station Officer provide issuing the Single Journey Token or Stored Value Card. Also giving any information to the passengers.
• Route map Providing route map and locality map that located both of paid-area and unpaid-area
• Ticket Vending Machine The passengers can issue the Single Journey Token
• The Station Operation Room This room is located on the Concourse Level that operates 24 hours for security system.

The platforms are designed to accommodate maximum six-car trains. Train stop points and train access doors will be marked on the platform floor for the safety and convenience of passengers waiting to board the train. There is an automatic Platform Screen Doors (PSD) between platform and track was designed to secure passengers safety.

Elevator is provided at all stations.

Escalator is provided at all stations.

Toilet is provided at the retail level, the concourse level or contact the Station Officer.

More than 200 automated self-service machines has been installed within 18 MRT stations. For example, ATM, cash deposit machines, bill payment machines, including foreign currency exchange booths to serve passengers within the MRT system.

Mobile phone network installation to create a better communication efficiency and to enable passengers to contact and communicate uninterruptedly within the MRT system.
