How to temporarily deactivating the MRT EMV Card

1) Enter the Bangkok MRT application and press on the 'MRT EMV' icon.

2) When logging in for the first time, the system will request permission to access the camera for document verification. Please press "OK" to proceed.

3) Tap "Activate Card or Sign in" to proceed to the next step.

4) After logging in, for the first time, you will be prompted to select your preferred language for usage (you can change the language later after completing the registration).

5) Sign up/Login to the MRT EMV Card using your mobile phone number. After completing the form, press 'Get Verification Code' to proceed.

6) The system will send a 6-digit verification code via SMS to your mobile phone. Please enter the code you receive and press 'Verify' to proceed.

7) Access the terms and conditions page by press 'Accept' to proceed.

8) Please prepare personal identity documents such as your national ID card or passport to begin the verification process. Press 'Start' to proceed. 
   
9) The system will take you to the Privacy Policy page. Once you have read the details thoroughly, please press 'Agree' and then 'Next' to continue.

10) The system will bring you to the Privacy Policy page, specifically regarding data collection. After reading the details completely, users can choose 'Agree' or 'Not agree' Once the selection is complete, press 'Submit' to proceed to the next step.

11) Choose a method and document to verify your identity.

12) After selecting the verification method, the system will proceed to the data collection process. Press 'Ready' to confirm your identity and continue with the next steps.

13) Get ready for your liveness check. When ready to capture, presses I’M READY to proceed.

14) The system will upload your liveness check. When it's finished, it will display 'Success' to proceed to the next step.

15) Prepare to scan your ID card. Make sure your ID card hasn’t expired and clearly visible and readable. When ready, press to continue.

16) Show front of ID card. Tap to focus. Avoid reflection in the photo. After a successful capture, the system will proceed to the next page automatically.

17) Show back of ID Card. Avoid reflection in the photo. After a successful capture, the system will proceed to the next page automatically.

18) After completing the process, the system will display 'Identity verification successful' to proceed to the next step.

19) Meanwhile, the system will process and verify the information on the ID card.

20) After processing is complete, please verify the personal information. If any field is missing, fill in the information completely. Once all fields are filled, press 'Next’

21) The system will display 'Verification Competed' Press 'Next' to continue to the next step.

22) The system will prompt you to set a 6-digit PIN code to use for future access.

23) Please confirm the 6-digit PIN code once again. This completes the E-KYC process.

24) The system will take you to the main menu where you can activate your MRT EMV card.

1) Enter the Bangkok MRT application and press on the 'MRT EMV' icon

2) Enter your 6-digit PIN code to access the service.

3) Activate your card by pressing "Ready for activation" below the MRT EMV Card image.

4) The system will prompt for camera access. Press "Allow" to proceed.

5) Scan QR code. Please scan the provided QR code to activate your card.

6) Or Activate card manually. Please enter 12 digit code located on top of the QR Code. Press "Activate Card" to proceed.

7) The system will confirm that the card activation is successful. You can press "Done" to start using it immediately.

2) Choose from 4 top-up channels to add funds to your MRT EMV Card

2.1) QR Code (any Thailand mobile banking app) (No fees)

2.2) Bind with Bank account. (charge)

2.3) Other bank method. (Internet Banking, ATM, Bank counters) (charge)

2.4) Retail shop. (charge)

1) When users access the main menu page (My Pocket), press ‘Transaction History’

2) The system will navigate you to the ‘transaction history’ page, where you can review the details of each transaction.

3) Transaction Details History Page.

1) When users access the main menu page (My Pocket), press the symbol located under the MRT EMV Card to start the freeze card process.

2) Enter your 6-digit PIN code to access the service. 

3) When you enter the 'My Cards' page, look for 'Freeze Card (Temporary)' at the bottom of the menu. Then, press the 'Activate' button to proceed.

4) Freeze this card? Press 'Confirm' to confirm the temporary freeze. No further transactions will be allowed. You can unfreeze this card later.

5) Enter your 6-digit PIN code to proceed with temporarily freezing the card.

6) When the system displays the 'Freeze' image as shown in the example, it indicates that the card has been temporarily frozen.

2.2) สาธารณูปโภค (การไฟฟ้านครหลวง, การประปานครหลวง)

1) เมื่อผู้ใช้งานเข้าสู่ "หน้าหลัก (กระเป๋าของฉัน)" ให้กดไปที่ “ตั้งค่า” บริเวณเมนูด้านล่าง

2) ระบบจะพาคุณเข้ามาสู่ "หน้าตั้งค่า"

3) ในกรณีที่ผู้ใช้งานต้องการแก้ไขข้อมูลส่วนตัว ให้กดบริเวณ “ชื่อผู้ใช้งาน”

4) ระบบจะพาเข้ามาสู่หน้า “โปรไฟล์” เพื่อแก้ไขข้อมูลส่วนตัว

5) ในกรณีที่ผู้ใช้งานต้องการยืนยันตัวตนเพิ่มเติม ให้กดบริเวณ “การยืนยันตัวตน”

6) ระบบจะนำเข้าสู่หน้า “การยืนยันตัวตน” เพื่อเริ่มการยืนยันตัวตนเพิ่มเติม

7) ในกรณีที่ผู้ใช้งานต้องการเปลี่ยนภาษา ให้กดบริเวณ “ตั้งค่าแอปพลิเคชัน” 

8) ระบบจะนำคุณเข้าสู่หน้า “ตั้งค่าภาษา” เพื่อเลือกภาษาที่ต้องการใช้งาน

9) ในกรณีที่ผู้ใช้งานต้องการแก้ไขรหัส PIN 6 หลัก ให้กดบริเวณ “ความเป็นส่วนตัว”

10) ระบบจะขอให้คุณกรอกรหัส PIN 6 หลัก ปัจจุบันที่ใช้งาน

11) หลังจากใส่รหัสปัจจุบัน ระบบจะให้คุณตั้งรหัส PIN 6 หลัก ใหม่

12) ระบบจะให้คุณ ยืนยันรหัส PIN 6 หลักใหม่

13) ระบบจะขึ้นแสดง “เปลี่ยนรหัส PIN สำเร็จ” ถือเป็นการเสร็จสิ้นกระบวนการ

14) ในกรณีที่ต้องการติดต่อขอความช่วยเหลือในการใช้งานบัตร MRT EMV ให้กดบริเวณ “ติดต่อเรา”

15) ระบบจะนำคุณเข้าสู่หน้า “ต้องการความช่วยเหลือ กรุณาติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ Call Center โทร 02 114 7456” เพื่อติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ช่วยเหลือในการใช้งานบัตร MRT EMV ต่อไป
 

16) ในกรณีที่ต้องการออกจากระบบเพื่อเปลี่ยนเบอร์โทรศัพท์ หรือ กรณีย้ายเครื่องโทรศัพท์สมาร์ทโฟน ให้กด “ออกจากระบบ” บริเวณด้านล่าง

17) ระบบจะขึ้นข้อความการยืนยันการออกจากระบบให้กด “ออกจากระบบ” เพื่อออกจากบัญชี
