Blue Line

Ticket Office

Located near the Automatic Fare Collection Gate in concourse level. Station Officer will issue the Single Journey Token or Stored Value Card.

Step for issuing ticket

  • Telling your destination station, type of user and number of traveller to Station Officer.
  • Paying fare follows the fare rate or paying initial value including travel value, deposit and issuing fee.
  • Get the Single Journey Token or Stored Value Card from Station Officer.

Ticket Vending Machine (TVM)

  • Issued only the Single Journey Token (Adult Type)
  • Accept Baht 1, 5 and 10 coin as well as 20, 50 and 100 banknote. Change in coin only

Step for issuing token

  • Select your destination
  • Paying fare with coin or banknote
  • Get the token

Ticket Using Guide

Use across the card reader located on the top surface of automatic gate then the gate will open. When arrive the destination, the passengers have to turn the token or card over the exit gate for get out from MRT system.

Purple Line

Ticket Office

Top up stored value card by Token Issuing Machine

  • Top up value minimum 100 Baht and not over card limit in each type.
  • Accept only banknote
  • Any transaction with stored value card, the machine will not change.
